Bad customer service

I've been trying to get hold of someone who can assist me with my parcel, but my calls are being cut and the person they trying to transfer me to, apparently a supervisor named Charne is not picking up her phone I've been holding and been transfed back and forth. With no one being able to assist me. This is just pathetic service.
