Bad customer service

Really frustrated at this point, no update has been made since the 20th regarding my parcel, apparently it takes 4 days from east London to JHB. Phoned twice now and both times been holding longer than 10 min, no answer. Tried WhatsApp and no available consultant for almost 2 days.
