Bad customer service!

This has been my worst online shopping experience. I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for my Temu order, and still no delivery. I tried contacting Fastway Couriers on WhatsApp, but there was no response at all.

What makes it worse is that Temu hasn’t provided any updates or proper support. No communication, no tracking updates, and no way to know what’s going on with my order.

Very disappointing overall — both from Temu and Fastway. If this is the kind of service I can expect, I won’t be ordering again.
