BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been waiting for my order for the past 5 days. When I track, it says it’s out for delivery but is never delivered. A lady called on Tuesday saying they will deliver the next day but never did.

When I call no one picks up. Tracking the parcel doesn’t help. I never had any missed calls from them.
