Bad customer car do not use Fastway capetown

I have been trying to get a quote to b sent for 3 hours and the lady keep on saying she is busy she will send when she can, this is an urgent matter what kind of customer service is this Fastway capetown is trash really, they need to change staff there are alot of people who needs jobs who are able to service clients better
