Bad Courier service I ever had

I cannot accept the service I get from this courier company is the first and last time, wherever I may do a purchase if ever they are using this courier I'll decline the purchase.

First is their system they do not update a customer about the delays ect, if is not for a customer to make follow up on them, you will be in the mist about your parcel . Just like today i made a follow up regarding the tracking event updates not even on their website because the tracking reference is not working on their website but they can track on their side with the same tracking reference number i gave them. The tracking event showed my parcel is out on delivery on Sunday, 16th February 2025, 09h55 AM.

When i called the PE depot where my parcel was despatched on delivery the lady said I'll get it today. Until 4pm i panicked and made another call on the depot they do not pick up their phone until i gave up with making calls on 16h36. And the depot is closing at 5pm.

I want my parcel and never have anything to do with this courier. They are unprofessional and bad courier service.
