Bad courier service

I'm absolutely frustrated with your services, particularly in Pretoria. Your courier guy was absolutely rude and left with my parcel 4 minutes after he called to say he had arrived. Also why don't you contact clients prior delivery so that we "wait " at the door because you don't allow us time to get to the parcel?
