Bad courier service

I do not recommend using this courier service. The driver that deliver my parcel was very rude. He made noise in front of my house with the hooter. When I went outside he was speaking on the phone and let me wait for 5 minutes. When I ask him about it he was very rude and arrogant. This rude driver is the reason why I am also not going to buy from Mr Price online anymore. To avoid fastway. When I asked him is this the way you speak to clients, he said he does not care.
