Bad courier service

My parcel left JHB on the 07th of December, when I tracked it it showed delivery on the Wednesday. I was home the whole day, no delivery. When I tracked it again it showed that they could not deliver as no one was home?! Trying to phone the branch in PE, no answer, no matter what time of day you try. Try logging a query on the website, took ages to respond. This is the worst customer service ever. Got an sms saying delivery on Friday afternoon, then again next day. Should I just wait every day and hope and prays it get delivered? Will not recommend or use this courier service again.
