Bad client service

Fastway is the worst kind of courier service for small business, especially when every delivery is time. When you are just an individual waiting for your parcel it is fine. But to use it for your small business is business suicide. My orders kept being rejected by the Takealot because the kept damaging my packaging, delivered my shipment very late misdirected some of my parcels causing a delay, and partially delivered my shipments.

The organisation has no transparency and you don't know who to contact regarding such issues. The Capetown branch is far worse. The do not reply to your emails, imagine having deadlines to meet. Your parcel is stuck at their depot and they don't reply to explain what's going and you end up losing you deadlines then you lose business. It is very sad when you have an account with them, shipments keep returning. Meaning your account top-up doesn't profit you ,you will spend it shipping orders that keep being returned while your business is not making any money.
