Bad bad service

Why would any company use Fastway as their reliable courier service? Their continous lies, lack of communication regarding parcels, and horrific service leaves me no option but to discontinue using them. They have lost 2 parcels in 2 weeks with no communication whatsoever. There chatbot on the webiste does not react. They promise to deliver and never do. They creating a bad reputation for companies that are hard at work trying to make some money.
