Bad bad experience with drivers

Horrible experience with Fastway drivers and agents, Driver has my parcel from the 29/12/25 it's been in transit with the courier then on the 2nd Jan 2026 I see an update that driver attempted to deliver at 2.48pm a s premises where closed, firstly delivery is my house address I've been home all day doors open and I have 2 cameras inside my yard and 1 camera for the street so there was no fastway courier that attempted to come and he did not even call me because I know drivers call when outside, I tried calling customer service I spoke to Thabang and he tried to call the driver his number was on voicemail however Thabang was of no great service to me and he did not reach out and suddenly dropped call
