Bad bad courier service

Bad bad experience. Ordered package was send off 10th of december. Toured from joburg to durban and back to nelspruit. Only to tell me I will not be receiving my christmas gifts in time. Still traveling some where. Waiting for any response from management!!! Needed to be delivered by 15th to kimberley. And redirected to Mosselbay to be on time for christmas. Still no package or answer
