BAD BAD COURIER!!!!!

Very bad courier!!!! They just keep your parcel with them, they 15min away from me, when i phone them they tell me lots of stories that dont make sense, they tell me that my area is a grey area so they dont deliver everyday to my area....... they dont deliver during the day, only at night...... they will deliver on weekend..... what kind of a courier works like that??! I know couriers deliver during business hours thats why we use business adresses because no one is at home during the day!!!!
