Bad attitude from driver

I do most of our shopping online and my family usually have their goods delivered to me as I’m home during the day ,I’ve dealt with many delivery personnel from different courier companies but ****it I dislike one delivery guy from Fastway Couriers Pretoria,I think his name is Derick,I stay in the Reeds centurion and he’s delivered to me twice and always seems to complain about waiting ,keep in mind our security system is quite simple.He always says he can’t get hold of me but our keypad works fine ,he then hoots in front of my gate like an idiot ,I’m in a complex and it’s a known rule to all that hooting is not allowed.He has this bad attitude stating on the phone that he will live if the gate does not open.He doesn’t understand that he needs to dial the house number on the keypad then select someone to call it’s self explanatory.He then proceeds to complain and mentions to me he has been waiting for 10 minutes like he did the last time .I have an Watch attached to my wrist that rings when someone’s at the gate this ***** never dials correctly and when he comes to my door he gives me attitude about how it’s my fault ?! ,he complains security won’t let him in as well.White ,Black ,Coloured or Yellow our security wont let anyone in if they don’t dial the person they are looking for .Security doesn’t like him either.Please refrain from sending this ***** to my door again thank you !
