Bad and poor service

I ordered from SHEIN on the 27th of April Fastway picked up my parcel on the 9th of May yesterday I received a mail from buffalo saying that my package was delivered i did not receive any delivery when I call them they say it’s an error I don’t know why they are delaying my order They must just consider that we pay money for these parcel we do not receive them for free
