Awful Service!

Not the best experience. I deal with a few couriers and I have great experiences with them, both drivers and call centres. Not Fastway. The driver calls for a nano second, then leaves and my parcels ends up at the the depo of left behind parcels. Then the agent at the call centre is full of himself and probably put me on hold because I was complaining about my phone bill. I really wouldn't want my parcels delivered by them, Thank you very much. Awful!!
