Awaiting delivery taking forever

I have been waiting for my Shein order and was told by Fastway that it will be delivered on Monday, its Wednesday today still nothing from them each time I call them I hear a different story and when I ask for an escalation to a superior they hang up. Mokobe one of their consultants had da nerve to tell me my order os still with Buffalos after being ensured by one of their consultants yesterday that my parcel will be delivered today. They have the worst service ever even their chat line for whatsapp goes on un answered for days. I would never recommend their services to any1. Leave it to the best like RAM and Aramex
