Awaiting delivery

My parcel was handed over to fastway couriers in Pretoria on Thursday the 26th of November. the parcel travelled from Pretoria to Johannesburg in a few hours. Friday morning at 06:38 my parcel was onboard with the courier to be delivered that day, 13:21 I get notified that my parcel could not be delivered. I called customer service in which I could not get through. I waited the weekend and today the 30th November again at 06:31 the parcel was onboard with the courier, at ~08:30 they called and said the they are outside and ready for the parcel to be picked up and signed, in which they were not there. I later called customer service and was helped, the assistant told me the courier called and could not get hold of me. In terms I am currently still waiting for my parcel to be delivered.
