Avon Rep box still not delivered ...

I had a rep track her box since 21st May and status on her parcel AM*** read "Problem with parcel which is under query with Depot " pathetic then they don't answer their phones... My reps due date for her orders is almost due and still no delivery... *** I am so not okay with this courier company.
