Avon parcel

Bad service I received from Fastway couriers , just don’t know why Avon keep on using this people, even the staff does not have customer centricity , my Avon was delivered to an unknown person in my work place , sadly I can not even locate the person because we have different departments,I was not even aware that my parcel was out on delivery on that day ,Only found out after I had to call them to follow up if they were still going to deliver ,if only they can locate my parcel and send it back to Avon because Avon is already billing me for a parcel I did not receive .
