Avon Package delivery

I have never experienced such a bad customer service. My package was out for delivery on the 1st and no pitched. The following day I called to find out what was happening, I was told 2 times that my package will be delivered before 4pm that was on the 3red. Only at 3h30 I was told my package is not in the vehicle and that they are looking for it. A consulted called me and then said they will call me in the morning the next day, which is today and still no has called me. I called and I'm been told that they can't find my package.

I have customers waiting for their orders and payments to be done. How I'm I suppose to get my payments with no deliveries. This is so not on. Bad service.
