AVON FASTWAY DELIVERY ISSUE

Good Day.

i just wanted to come and share that i sell avon and ive placed my December order ontime for christmas gifts and paid on time. it is now 24 December and im still waiting if i phone them to request when its coming then its tomorrow this morning i phoned at 08h15 requesting when delivery will be done as i have christmas gifts in the package from my people they said its today then again just after 12h00 i phoned the call centre again and then i was told it doesn't show out for delivery yet after i told her that the lady this morning confrimed that it is marked as urgent delivery for today then i get told that there was a mail sent to deliver but they cant give me more details. it is now 12h59 i phoned again asking when delivery will come as the package must still be divided and taken to the relevant people who ordered then she told me she will go to the floor and find out and that she will phone me back. when i phoned again now i was told they are now in a meeting she will phone me back. i have never had any issues but now i am struggling to get the package the day before christmas i have even mailed the manager and also havent received any communication back.
