Avoid using Fastway courier. Incorrect delivery, rude customer service staff, and poor service.

Parcel delivered to the incorrect person. No attempt was made to contact me as stated in the delivery instructions. No SMS or phone call was made to indicate that the parcel had been delivered. No email was sent to confirm delivery or inform the customer that delivery was scheduled for the day.

Customer service representatives were incredibly rude on the phone and **** (informed me that there were no delivery instructions on the parcel, when there were), also refused to correct the error, and refused to apologise or offer solutions to the problem.

The courier company has failed in its primary duty. They failed to acknowledge that if they were delivering life-saving medication or something time-sensitive, that the failure to communicate delivery could have had far more serious consequences.

I would not use their services again if I had the choice of an alternative.
