AVOID - USELESS - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely useless. Delivery was confirmed and scheduled for yesterday, no delivery then I get an email saying I have signed and received it ?? Still no delivery of my parcel !! No one answers phones, couriers ignore and block you, chat function does not work. They have ****** my parcel and my money and no one is taking responsibility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
