Avoid Fastway Courier Service at all cost!!

I warn everyone against this Courier Service. My parcel has been in transit from Jhb to Pmb since 20 December 2025. To try and get hold of this Company is an absolute nightmare. Once I did get hold of an agent, the response was it takes 2 to 4 working days to arrive and it will only be leaving their Jhb depot this afternoon and that I can only count today, 22 December 2025, as day 1. These are Christmas presents for family and we are all leaving for our Christmas holiday tomorrow morning. I am extremely saddened and disappointed in their "fast serve", to say the least. Absolutely awful service all round. Avoid this Company at all costs.
