<p>This must be the worst courier company we have come across. We had a parcel picked up on Wednesday in Klerksdorp for over night dilevery to Jhb Lanseria Airport.</p> <p>Thursdays end of day had come and after calling numerous times they had failed to deliver the parcel as promised.</p> <p>Friday morning we phoned and had a endless battle with the driver not picking up, customer service not phoning us back, continues calls to the company just to come again to 15:45 the end of the day with the parcel arriving by us. </p> <p>The parcel contained a helicopter window. The machine was on contract and we lost a daily revenue of R30000. Poor service, poor customer service in all avoid this company at all cost.</p> <p>Tried to phone the MD of jhb Mark van Niekerk only to go on voice mail aswell. </p> <p>Tracking no: SA ********** 786</p> <p>Pitty you pay for a service and they dont live up to there own name or promises.</p>
