Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional

If I could select 0 stars I would. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my delivery. It was marked as delivered yet I did not receive it. I opened a support case to which I received one email and nothing further. I called multiple times and was told the parcel was delivered to my house and was signed for by someone I do not know.

After many calls they tell me that it was signed for by my neighbor's gardener, which was not true. They gave my parcel to a random person who claimed to know me. NO cals back. NO accountability. I called so much that eventually I believe they blocked my number and I had to hide my caller ID before I could get through again.

Eventually I went to the CPT depot and they told me the driver was off that day and they cant help me. I even tried to drag them on social media and they do not give a single care in the world. It also came out on Twitter that someone I know had a similar experience and he had to drive to the location they dropped it off and collect his parcel from a stranger who it was delivered to.
