Avoid at all cost

I don`t see what the purpose of the whatsapp line is, if nothing ever happens and no one ever responds. I think the only reason this company is still open is because big brand like temu and Shein uses them. Worst courier with the worst service possible, i would rather use the south african post office than fastway!
