Atrocious service

If I could give 0 stars I would. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday. When I phoned on Friday they said there was a problem with the vehicle but they are sending a contractor to deliver the parcel. After it was still not delivered I phoned again in the afternoon to which I was informed that they will not be deliverimg again because the vehicle needs to be fixed but they will deliver on Saturday. They don't even do deliveries on Friday.

Worst of the worst service as their is no communication from their side or even an apology.

Truly terrible and I hope people reconsider using their services.
