Arrogant drywer

Drywer of this company is arrogant. We have a package that was supposed to be delivered from Klerksdorp Fastway. They send us a notification that the package wil be delivered on Tuesday. It was not delivered then we received another notification that it wil be delivered in Thursday my wife call to find out why it was not delivered. Then the driver call her back and said that is was our fault that it was not delivered because we did not give a contact number. I called him to find out what the problem was because i have ordered the package and it is not our fault the company did not include the contact no. He is very arrogant and we had a argument. He later called me from a different number and threatened me that he was recording the conversation. Poor poor service
