The driver claim that the address on the parcel does not exist. This is not true! I spoke to the driver on the phone and told him where to deliver. He refused. He said I must meet him down the road at the bank. I PAID FOR DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY! I told me arrogantly that he is not going to deliver and drove off.

A week ago he claimed that he could not get hold of me. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my parcel. This is not right.
