Apparently it takes more than 11 days to go from JHB to Harrismith

My parcel reached South Africa on the 18th of December. Today is the 29th of December and it hasn't reached Harrismith as yet? It does not take more than 11 days to go from Johannesburg to Harrismith.

First mess up was with the tax link. I received the link to pay tax on the 18th of December but the link wasn't even ready. Every morning I would receive a reminder email at 4 in the morning with a link that wasn't ready! Eventually they fixed the link on the 23rd of December. It then went through customs and since the 24th of December it's stuck in transit between Harrismith and Johannesburg!!

Mind you I received a temu parcel from Buffalo which was ordered after this order. This order has Christmas gifts in it and was placed on temu more than 21 days ago. This is ********** service from you guys and I'm so disappointed. I will definitely be taking this up with temu as every attempt to contact you is hopeless. I keep on sending you WhatsApp messages but your dumb automated response and useless agents are of no help. Your so called agents updates are more useless than the automated responses. I've opted to send emails to your different depos but no response yet.
