Appalling service from fastway couriers

I am absolutely appalled at the service of fastway couriers. I ordered clothes from Truworths, I have no idea why they would choose this courier company in the first place, there was a re routing of the package now I've been communicating with the driver who told me she would contact me but right now she blueticks and is unreachable when we try to call. Instead we get a message that the driver tried to contact me but there's no such thing. What kind of service is this. Totally ridiculous
