Appalling service - Fastway, Cape Town branch

I sent a parcel from Nelspruit to on 1 February 2019, today in 7 February and the parcel has still not been delivered. The Nelspruit office has been very helpful trying to assist in any way possible, but the Cape Town office has shown the the parcel "on board to be delivered" since 5 February. This is appalling service and a disgrace as a courier service
