Appalling service

What an appalling company!!! A parcel was dispatched to us on Tuesday a week ago. It didn't arrive. When queried it was stated that our address could not be found. An address in the Margate main road with a number on the door in bold yellow and black which is about half a metre in diameter. Every day we phoned and delivery was promised always for the next day. We're still waiting. Stay away from these couriers!!!!!
