Appalling Service!

Once again Fast Way Couriers has managed to take longer than regular post. There service is poor, their attitude is poor and they are *****! After inquiring to track my parcel yesterday (and been home the ENTIRE day), the tracking document read (unable to deliver - no one home). This is an outright lie! As mentioned before I was home the entire day. Unfortunately my suppliers always use Fast Way but after yet another highly disappointing experience from Fast Way, I will go out of my way to use another courier service and to NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. Their incompetence has had repercussions that their obviously dim witted managers and drivers could come close to understanding. I have written a complaint about them before and they were too lazy to reply to that. You have ****ed off the wrong lady!!
