appalled by the bad service

I posted a parcel to a client in Pretoria lotus gardens almost 2 weeks ago. As per the promise I got from fast way delivery takes 2 to 3 days. Up to this very day my client still hasn't received their parcel and my business looks mediocre. I'm very appalled and furious with such service especially that I'm a small business looking to grow. But how does one grow when we get such treatment from big companies.
