Anything but fast

<p>Last week I ordered a product online with a company I have never used before. I usually shop for speciality goods online and prefer to get all I need in one place but unfortunatly it doesn't work out that way. Having used several online stores before I didn't think that my experience with this one would be any different. I assumed I would place my order and within 3 days max I would have my package. Its been a week and I still don't have it! The online company has done everything in their power to assist me with feedback and apologies on behalf of the courier company who couldn't care less as to whether I am informed of the delays ot not. According to their online tracking system my package should have been here 2 days ago. You would think that they were based in India and had to deal with customs before coming here. </p> <p> </p> <p>For any business that would consider using this company I suggest you think twice. If they failing to meet a customers expectation of a measly package I shudder to think of what havoc they would wreak for a business who would have to rely on them to uphold their standards which hopefully are better than "slow" ways! </p>
