Been tracking my parcel till the day of delivery and they said they will deliver yesterday the 28th of November , I kept calling at what is the ETA atleast and they said they can't confirm till it was 4pm o called again and I was passed through to drivers either who don't work the route or left the company and they couldn't call me to reschedule , I called in today I spoke to an agent called Phuthi and said they'll. Deliver today its9:15 and the courier is still at the depot no calls no notification my parcel since it left the Hub yesterday and I had to call in too to do a follow up, I will never use this courier company ever with it's *********** call centre agent assuring you with lies
