An attitude driver

Worst courier ever, iam here to report the bad behavior from this driver guy +***8, he called me for delivery just now and I told him let me sent him an location, he refused and directed him OK fine, he called me minute's later asking me where am I and iam telling him I gave you the direction and refused the location and now you are telling me to come to you? I told him he doesn't listen and he hang up the phone and drove back with our parcel just like that, iam questions is this how you work FAST WAY COURIER?
