AMAZINGLY TERRIBLE! Consignment Num: DJ ********** 020

Check how they lie, this driver was NEVER at my place EVER, I called them today and they gave me the driver's number - Today (Friday) I call the driver at 13h15 and he says he's in Salt River and he'll be able to deliver the package within the next hour (NOTE: Salt River is less than 5mins away from the destination in Zonnebloem) - he didn't pitch at 16h00 for an update, they say they didn't have enough time to deliver and won't be able to deliver at all until Monday - LIVID as I was, I called their office, after being passed around literally hearing how people pop me on hold and passes me around from extension to extension, this happened probably 18 times hearing the one person say "naai man" then boep back on hold being transferred to a different extension. This is BEYOND unacceptable and I want this resolved TODAY!
