Alert Your Customers

The delivery was on time that i applaud 5 stars for that. My only problem is the drivers/couriers im not sure how your company operates but it would great to call the receiver on the day of delivery to let them know that delivery would be made some of us get busy.The guy delivering my parcel was very rude told me he was at the gate as though i knew he was coming i told him i was five minutes away can he wait he rudely said No.It would be nice etiquette if one was notified prior to delivery.
