I am so disappointed. I spoke to Mamello yesterday as I had received a message that the delivery driver couldn’t get a hold of me and I knew this was a lie because I was home the whole day and I didn’t even have a missed call. She then said she’d call the driver and get back to me. She didn’t and I had to call again an hour later then she gave me an excuse that she couldn’t get hold of the driver and she’d try again. She eventually called back and said the driver had a break down and handed all his deliveries to another driver who would deliver on the next day (a Saturday). This has not happened and I haven’t even received a msg stating that my order is out for delivery. To my surprise, you are don’t work or deliver on Saturdays (i found this out when I tried to call now). So she basically knowingly **** to me because she knew I would be able to get w hold of her anyways! Such pathetic service and ********* behaviour.
