AGAIN FASTWAY BAD SERVICE.

I have NEVER had such ********** service as from Fastway Couriers Witbank Depot. They have had my parcel since the 9th Oct. It should have been delivered on the 13th. The driver called when she was not near my residence. I called her back 20 minutes later but she was already in Middelburg. She then said I can drive to her in Middelburg and she will give me my parcel!!!!!!!! What is the point of having a courier service if you have to go and fetch the parcel. I got a call on Monday the 16th Oct to say my parcel would be delivered today. As it is midday I call them to find out what is happening and am now told it might be tomorrow. There are no direct contact numbers for a head office or anything. VERY UPSET CUSTOMER. If I could give them no star rating I would.
