Actually embarrassed to part of this organisation

I doubt there will be any feedback on this but at least I have somewhere to vent :

DJ*** - received at depot 13/11/19

As of today, 21/11/19 no delivery attempt has been made at all !

When I spoke to Benedict (supposed operations manager) he called my client and arranged delivery for today, I wasnt entirely pleased but left it at that.

Today comes and now Benedict tells me it will be tomorrow because the driver is busy !

He also said I could complain to Mark from Head Office if I wanted but it will be tomorrow

I pleased with this guy and advised this little part if not delivered NOW as promised will lose me the entire order of R18 000 as this is needed to complete the setup.
