Accidental Bag Swap at Port Elizabeth Airport...

<p>I recently travelled from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth, where a lady and myself accidentally swopped bags, as they were identical and neither of us checked our bag lables. Note: I live in Cape Town, so from PE I drove with the wrong bag to Cape Town.</p> <p>I contacted Fastway Couriers in Port Elizabeth to arrange for my bag collection yesterday from the lady who had mine in Uitenhage and hers here in Cape Town. </p> <p> </p> <p>Kyle at the PE branch was so helpful and when I mentioned to him that my bag had no lock on it and that I was concerned about that, he contacted me back to advise they had wrapped my bag in plastic as well as taped it closed. </p> <p> </p> <p>This afternoon, only a day later did I receive my bag. Thank you to the Port Elizabeth branch for quich, professional and efficient service.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is just unfortunate I cannot say the same for Cape Town's service as I am sad to say the bag I accidentally took is STILL in my possession, two days later. </p> <p> </p> <p>WELL DONE PE!!!</p>
