Absolutely useless

I do not know how this company can call themselves a courier. Fail to deliver when they commit to a delivery date. Absolutely NO customer service what's so ever. They tell you at 4.30 the driver is close by and then just decide not to bother to deliver your parcel and expect you to wait for whenever they feel like delivering! You call the customer service and surprise surprise there are no managers or anyone in authority to speak to! Absolutely useless!
