Absolutely the Worst Courier Experience – Repeated Failure to Deliver

I’ve never dealt with such an unreliable courier company. Every single delivery is either delayed, rescheduled without notice, or simply not delivered at all. I’ve wasted countless hours waiting for parcels that never arrive, with no communication, no updates, and zero accountability.

Customer service is just as frustrating — long hold times, vague responses, and empty promises. If you're depending on timely or even basic delivery, look elsewhere.

Unacceptable service from a company that clearly doesn’t value its customers or commitments. This has gone from frustrating to completely ridiculous.
