ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SRVICE!

Absolutely ridiculous service!!! We have been waiting for over a week to have our parcel delivered!! Item status has not changed at all. I have contacted the Jhb branch more than 5 times. Have had promises from staff member to return my call with feedback. I am still waiting. It is now 8 days later and still no feedback or explanation OR DELIVERY!! Definitely nothing fast about Fastaway!! Stay clear from them!!
